My baby measured on the 10th centile throughout my whole pregnancy .. he was born a month early at 5lbs .. fast forward 9 months he’s a big strong baby so I would try not to worry xx
@Chaya thank you! Yeah everything else seems fine touch wood, just small! But yeah they said the same to me with scans every other week. Just praying he keeps up or follows that curve. Really don’t want to be induced if I can help it haha x
@Bethan I really want to avoid an induction too so same! I hope everything goes okay I'm sure it will🥰. X
So my baby was measuring on the 7.2 centile so they didn’t induce me until 39 weeks and then he was born on the 2.4th centile. I will admit we have had problems with feeding and gaining weight since he’s been born but he’s healthy otherwise x
@Chaya thank you! You too, I’m sure all will be fine xx
@Skye thank you! So glad he’s healthy for you, fingers crossed xx
I’m 29+3 and at my 28 week scan baby was only 4th percentile. Having scans every 2 weeks to monitor and they said if he follows the 4th % curve and everything else looks ok then they would let me go to term but if he slows any more then they would look at an earlier delivery. It’s made me very anxious but they don’t seem to be too worried so trying to let that reassure me! x
I had this my baby was born in December on 9th percentile… I had a scan every 10 days in the last 8 weeks, they tried to induced me 1 week earlier nothing was happening and they offer me a c section the second day. Baby is fine is on the 25th percentile now and very active
I never measured small with my first but he was born on the 3.9th centile. He had no issues at all, and soon put weight on. He's now 5 and average weight and height for his age. I'm having growth scans this time round, but baby is measuring on the 50th percentile x
I’m 30 weeks and baby is 2lb 7oz on 4th centile
I had a scan last week for the same reason and baby was on 9th percentile. I'm 30+1w. They didn't seem too worried as everything else was good, placenta blood flow, fluid ect and I'll just be scanned every 2 weeks now to make sure she's following the curve on the graph. If not I will be offered an induction but just need to take it as it comes at the moment. I wouldn't worry too much yet if baby was healthy, and you are booked in for more scans. I know thats easier said than done though 🤍xx
