@Shannon thank you so much lovely!! I’m so clueless on it all 😂x
If you're 8-9DPO, you shouldn't be tracking LH anymore. DPO means days past ovulation, meaning you've already ovulated so therefore the LH hormone would no longer be present at this time . LH is only present in your urine right before your ovaries release an egg and you ovulate , which is why it's recommended to start tracking LH as soon as your period ends up until you get your peak ovulation test, and then start counting DPO. If you are 8-9DPO, that means you would've already ovulated so testing for ovulation at this point would be irrelevant ❤️
@Kayla thank you! I only continued tracking it as I don’t always have periods, February this year was the first period I had since November last year so I didn’t know whether to stop tracking my LH or not since ovulating ❤️
@Kayla I continue tracking after peak because sometimes people can have a peak and not actually ovulate. I had 2 peaks this cycle and ovulated on the 2nd. I also continue because in November last year LH picked up my pregnancy before HCG tests did x
@Shannon this is another reason I’ve continued tracking, I’ve seen that LH can pick up pregnancy and that if your LH remains high after ovulation then it could indicate that you’ve conceived (not sure if that’s correct or not) 😅x
In my case with my last pregnancy I hit peak, it dropped but then went back up again and remained up. However you can also get an LH Surge before your periods due to start too x
Ignore the percentage and just go off the colour of the line and how close it is to control x
