@Sophie Which snooze shade would you recommend? Xx
Yes we went when out LG was 1 and going again this year when she will be 2. Last year must haves, pop up tent, white noise machine, snooze shade, swimming vest, travel chair (use for high chair), boots order (collect from airport all baby’s food, sun creams) fire tablet and a busy book, pram fan. Day times are so hot so although outfits are cute save the money they will be much comfortable in just a nappy.
@Jane never thought about a pop up tent but that’s such a good idea! Suncreams etc I’ve already got so will be taking them all with us instead of collecting. Which snooze shade would you recommend? Day time wise, we only plan on spending time at the pool. Maybe explore the local town once but nothing crazy, so she will be in her SPF50 swimwear majority of the time xx
Yeah been 3 times now hes 2 in july. Snooze shade, lots of rompers, fan , parasol , toys to keep occupied on plane. calpol xx
@Bianca Which snooze shade would you recommend please? I’m 90% sure our hotel will have parasols etc as it’s a children’s aimed hotel xx
I mean for the pram too and we got the one off amazon xx

We did new york in December and are doing Dubai in June. Quite honestly you can get most things wherever you go so don't stress too much. For the flight headphones so they can watch the in-flight entertainment (if applicable) helps with getting them to stay still for a minute. I got some colouring books with pens that only work on the book pages from smyths. Two piece swim suits so easy to just take bottoms off for nappy changes.
@Ellie Our flight is only 2hr30 so won’t have a screen or anything unfortunately! Definitely going to be getting books, will stock up on stickers too as they keep my girl entertained for ages! Xx
We’ve taken my boy abroad a lot (just driving home from the airport after his 19th country 😂) we’ve done flights ranging from 1 hour - 14.5 hours so well versed in this! Depends what type of holiday but 100%: calpol, teething powder, a bedsheet from home, night light, layers (you don’t know how good aircon is!), plenty of snacks! Download favourite things onto your phone if you’re not screen free. Kids bore very quickly on flights 😂 The biggest thing to bring… flexibility! For example, Huge chance your LO will change routine. My son had two naps this weekend 🤷🏼♀️ sometimes the weather / stimulation tires them out more. Also try & time in some calm time in the hotel room. Take some small favourite toys (we take cars or diggers etc) as it’s a lot for littlies! Feel free to message me if you have questions (even country specific as I might know lol)! I’ve experienced most things that have gone wrong abroad 😅😁
Yeah we went twice last year and going again twice this year. Life vest, mozzie spray, snooze shade, pool toys, plane toys. + all the obvious haha! Xx
