First Ultrasound

I was able to do a transvaginal ultrasound this morning. 6w 3d. I was so nervous because the lady doing the ultrasound was quiet at first but then she told me she could see a heartbeat, followed by my doctor saying that everything looks good. So much relief! But also I know there is much further to go! I will have a second ultrasound at 8w3d. Fingers crossed that one also goes well! This is my second pregnancy, my first one ended up as a missed miscarriage in January
