I’ve just had a MMC and also had lots of pregnancy symptoms and no miscarriage symptoms. Not to scare you at all just being honest! The midwives said to me that they can’t diagnose it from HCG bloods as they can vary between individuals. If you’re worried I would book an early scan either privately or contact your hospitals EPU and see if they will do any checks! Hope you’re okay💖
When i was pregnant with my first my hcg levels lowered the second test. Baby came out healthy.

@Daisy I think the ranges are very broad but the increase should be stable so its doesn't matter if your starting point is 100 or a 1000 as long as it multiplies at expected rate
After it hits a certain point, it no longer doubles. I and went through IVF and they told me didn't matter if it didn't double after it hit like 1k as long as it kept increasing and there were no issues like bleeding etc. those are great numbers congratulations.
