This happened to me where the lady kept saying 'she' then when baby was born it was a boy haha so i think they just refer to them as she or he sometimes when its too early to tell x
Not necessarily! My midwife always referred to the baba as a “she” during every appointment so far and warned us she genders them to a girl automatically, but I’m having a little boy.
I don’t think so. I had a CTG last week and the nurse constantly called baby she and she’d not even seen a scan. I think some of them just have a gender they use without even thinking. 13 weeks is too early to know for sure.
it means nothing, my sonographer kept saying she but i’m having a boy 😅
She probably had a boy on the previous lady she scanned more than likely or even had more boys that day or like you say she may have a boy at home. 13weeks is too early to tell xx
Too early for gender at 13 weeks, most sonographers don’t like say ‘it’ so they say he/she but doesn’t mean gender
I asked a sonographer this and she said she tends to use whatever the previous scan had been because she would never refer to a baby as ‘it’. She said she tried using ‘they’ first but a couple freaked out when they thought she was saying it was twins 🙈
They said he at mine too but we had a girl!
13 weeks is way too early to see what gender
Probably not. Most professionals call baby’s he/she without knowing for sure. It becomes habit. 13 weeks is too early for them to sure of gender
