Health visitor call mess up! 🤦‍♀️ (Trigger warning - DA mentioned)

Just wanted to share because I’m mortified and need to get it off my chest 😵 I was so nervous for the health visitor call, cause I know how important they are and was awkwardly using humour to get through it, it was way more chill than I thought it was going to be but this happened.. Now I know the domestic abuse questions are so important (and I’m in no way making light of them) but I personally find them really awkward when I get asked them. My partner is the sweetest guy ever, introvert and is the least scary person. So you know the ones like “Do you feel safe around your partner?” - yes “Has he ever hurt or threatened you?” - no “Do you feel confident your baby will be safe in his care?” - yes “Do you feel scared of him?” - I jokingly said “no, he should be scared of me” 🤦‍♀️ And she laughed and was like “you shouldn’t say that either really we do check on partners too” 👀 and wrote something down that was longer than the other questions - Fml, the first health visitor call and I’m marked as a maybe abuser 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I died inside right after saying it, it’s just not the best start is it? I told my partner and found it hilarious, especially as he knew how nervous I was for it.. but I feel like I should be worried or am I just over thinking it all?!
