Feeling stuck

I am really struggling lately with being positive when it comes to money. We live with my parents right now with our baby and both work full time but still can’t afford our own place. It’s making me feel defeated, I want a childhood home for our family and children but don’t know how to get it. How are some of you able to work from home while your partner works, and have your own place? Looking for advice or tips or maybe some insight on companies to work for. Idk I’m at a loss

How are you able to stay at home I would love that!!

We have a family friend who lives in with us who assists with rent so my husbands monthly pay is able to cover our portion of rent. We cut down a lot of our bills and insurance. It’s cheaper for me to stay home than is is for me to work and use daycare/nanny and gas etc.

My husband got a job in CA he travels a lot like 70% of the time but with CA pay and living in the Midwest that’s the only way we can afford life. But I’m alone a lot as we have no family here and he’s gone a lot. We are both majorly sacrificing. That was after we lived in a back house in CA for 3.5 years to help pay off debt.

All that to say. Keep chugging along. Keep setting goals. Keep working hard. Live small and it’ll work out
