Back to work feelings
Has anyone else lost their mojo when it comes to work post mat leave? It sounds bad but I just don’t care like I used to. I am no longer interested in going above and beyond, but I worry that people can sense it. I still need the job, and I’m worried they may get rid of me because I don’t work like I used to. Am I just lazy?Any advice is welcome.

It’s totally normal. I returned in October 2024 and I’ve only just these past few weeks felt like I’m back in the game with the right head space. It’s been a journey getting here but it will settle, it’s a huge change!
