Evap Line or Positive

Hi All, I’d really like some advice on this if possible please. I’ve had on an off spotting since around 9DPO with consistent mild cramping for around 3 days which then stopped, all tests have been negative up until now, I’ve still been unsure due to the symptoms I’ve been having (variation of spotting and colour, tender breasts, bloating etc) so I decided to take a test this evening which has come back with a faint line, I’m not sure if it’s an actual positive or just an evap line, I’m still bleeding but lightly - I’ve bled through both my previous pregnancies so I’m not entirely sure what to think. Please help! Anyone had anything similar? 😅
