If I had sex mid October, then had a period in November and a period in December(took a test in December and it was negative) I wouldn’t have been pregnant from October since I had a period in both November and December? Also I found out I was pregnant early January (had no period in January/february) and baby was only 9 weeks 4 days in February (Due September)

That was me. Kinda funny how it worked out. First day of last period was Dec 12th. Found out I was pregnant Jan 12th and had our LG on Sep. 12th.

Sounds like you got pregnant in December but when you took the test it was too early to tell

You got pregnant in December. Your December period was either a normal period and you got pregnant after or your December period was bleeding from the embryo implanting in the wall of your uterus.

@Megan so I was definitely not pregnant before December due to having a period (in November as well as December) after October intentions

If you were 9 weeks + 4 in February there's no way. A pregnancy from October 15th (just as a guess for a starting point) would have been at 17 weeks if you were seen around Feb. 11th. Almost double the gestation time. Keep in mind the age they tell you is their best guess based on size, fetal development and the date of your last period. But it's fairly accurate. And no one is going to tell you a 17 week pregnancy only looks like a 9 week pregnancy. The baby would be at a completely different stage.

@Megan Thank you, so the ultrasound would definitely show that I was further along if I had conceived before December/November.. They can’t mistake a 9 week fetus with a baby that is larger than 9 weeks right?

I mean that happened to me with my first baby. I had a period, idk what else to call it cause I was very regular and I had a period on the days I was supposed to for 4 months (I was pregnant the whole time) and didn't even test positive on a stick test til I was 5 months pregnant. So at this point I think anything is possible lol

@Destiny you didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms?

Nope! Not til I was approx 4 months I started just feeling off. So I got a blood test and found out I was pregnant at 4.5 months, but still didn't test positive on a stick til I was 5 months

@Destiny they confirmed you were 4.5 months with an ultrasound right?

Yup!

@Destiny okay, well in my case I don’t really think this would have happened to me since the baby was only 9 weeks 4 days on Feb 13th. I’m pretty sure that I would be much further along if I had gotten pregnant in October or even early November.
