We opted for a double pram because my girl (who is 2) just started running!! and at least we can strap her in when we are in a shopping centre or walking around busy roads. We do have a buggy board we can use too though if we’re walking in the park or somewhere we’re not afraid of her taking off!
I think it's possible with just a buggy board but easier with a double. I always liked that I could have toddler strapped in so he couldn't wander off or anything, particularly if I was on my own with both of them in really busy or dangerous places. If you decide against a double, a single where the seat unit can go completely flat would be helpful as you could put baby in it safely but also use it for toddler for naps or just restraining them when necessary, and put baby in a carrier/sling
@Danielle she still sleeps and a walk alot what buggy have you gone for. Xx
I’d get a double stroller for sure. Your 2 year old will definitely still want to sit and now walk sometimes.
We have brought the graco duorider because it was a cheap, lightweight and fits in the back of our car. I did want the bugaboo donkey because it would turn back to a single buggy when my son wouldn't want to be in a buggy anymore but they are just so expensive and big
Do you drive? Does your little girl go in her buggy now? Does she still nap? Only asking because my son turned 2 in February and my daughter is being delivered 2nd June. We have brought a double buggy because I use public transport so he would have to walk a lot more than if I drove. He also likes being in his buggy and still naps so a buggy board wouldn't have been suitable for us. Also, unless you get a buggy board with seat, they are still going to be standing up so might still get tired.
