HCG levels go up and down throughout the day depending on what you've drunk etc. Id just stop testing.

@Natalie it was my fmu and I’d not really drank before bed and didn’t get up for a wee so it’s the most concentrate it can be really, I’ve drank more before bed before and it’s still been fine in the morning. I’ve had 3 miscarriages in the space of 6 months so testing once a day for progression, this is the first time this is happened since this time getting pregnant

When you’re anxious about it not progressing it’s hard to ā€˜just stop testing’.

I understand testing cos of worry but also a tiny change in the darkness doesn't necessarily mean anything and can have you worrying for no reason.

Bottom test is diluted

I’m so sorry you’ve had so many miscarriages and so close together! Due to your history you should be entitled to more ongoing support/tests through the EPU. Carry on testing any concerns maybe call them? Hope you’re okay!xx

Easier said than done i know but stop testing you’ll only stress yourself out more, all my tests looked different every day a line is a line its there and thats something to be excited about try to enjoy it as much as you can

@Daisy thank you girl! I got in touch as soon as I got pregnant, there gonna scan me and make a plan but they can’t scan me till over 6 weeks so they said ring at 6 weeks and they’ll get me in for 7 weeks which I appreciate tbh! I’m gonna stop testing, I got my 3+ today so I’m fine with that. If it’s gonna happen it’s gonna happen, no test can change that I guess! Thank you so much! Xxx

@J I just said in my message above to daisy I’m gona stop as I got my 3+. Unfortunately though I can’t enjoy it and not gonna stop stressing until I have a scan and see a heartbeat and even then I’ll still be very anxious as I keep miscarrying about 9-10 weeks. Thank though x

I get it I’ve been there before its an anxiety filled journey, i lost my first pregnancy at 16w 6d Do you have any medical care plans in place? And maybe an early private scan will help for reassurance x

That’s good! That’s a good mentality to have! I really hope it works out for you this timešŸ¤žšŸ¼! I 100% can understand the anxiety but everything so far is going in the right direction try take the positives when you canšŸ™ŒšŸ¼šŸ„°! My friend has to take progesterone through her pregnancies well defo the 1st trimester not sure if she carries on or not and I think she had a similar issue, don’t have to answer but have they done any tests for this type of thing? Maybe something to ask about at your EPU scan/appointment! Thinking of you!šŸ¤žšŸ¼šŸŒˆ

@Daisy I really hope so too, thank you! Most definitely is I think! 3+ is definitely something as I didn’t get one last time! And they haven’t done any tests but when I spoke to the epu they said that if I needed it from my scan they’d give me it. They wanna rule out ectopic before I think if I end up with progesterone! But my tests are a lot stronger this time than all 3 times so, I’m hoping it’s a good sign!!🫶

@J sorry for your loss and yes I have to ring epu at 6 weeks and they’ll scan me at 7 weeks and hopefully they’ll give me progesterone when they’ve seen it’s in the correct place! X

They should of given you progesterone after your first mc šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø you only need to of had 1 mc to be prescribed it according to NICE guidelines but I’m glad they’re giving it to you this time around, i’m also on progesterone ask about aspirin too xx

I never had progesterone in my pregnancy after my miscarriage. Just blood thinner injections and later on aspirin alongside folic acid.

@J unfortunately they wouldn’t! But they also don’t care about guidelines because they actually never listen! The epu have only dealt with me once that was a medicated miscarriage as it was a blighted ovum at 9 weeks. They never phone after that day! They did say about aspirin but I’m actually been taking a 75mg dose everyday since 1dpo, I got pregnant with the cough medicine hack🤣 but I believe the aspirin did help! I’m still taking it now but not sure whether to stop x

I’m also not sure there actually giving it to me yet they still might not give me progesterone! X

@Natalie I’m already taking 5mg folic acid. I had the blood thinner injections after birth and I physically couldn’t do them

Do not leave the hospital without being prescribed progesterone got to advocate for yourself 1 mc is hard enough never mind 3 do not let them fob you off with shitty excuses Keep taking the aspirin, I’ve been taking mine since 12 weeks and ill continue taking it until 36 weeks, same with progesterone started it at 7 weeks will be taking it until 36 weeks i have a stitch on my cervix to keep it closed but i genuinely believe they have helped x

I have a blood disorder so I had them from 6 weeks pregnant to 6 weeks pp

@J I’ll definitely try not too and try to make sure they give me it! I can’t do another miscarriage tbh! Thank you for the advice! I’ll keep taking the aspirin and hopefully they’ll give me progesterone at my scan! Thank you x

@J also glad it worked out for you! Congratulations x

@Natalie oh god, I couldn’t even do one of them! Mad

Positive tests, I see nothing concerning here... just relax and enjoy the journey!

@Kriszta thanks girl x

Thank you🩷 due in August fingers crossed everything works out I wanna see an update here to say you got progesterone and aspirin prescribed to you, do not leave without it
