Pregnant again!
Soo I’m pregnant again and I have a 6 month old as of next week. I was actually really excited but then of course my husband said the wrong thing. He was like let’s go out so we can think about something other than you being pregnant. Then afterwards he changed what he said to let’s go out and celebrate.
I’m excited but also a bit conflicted🥹

They definitely are and he did make up for it once we went out. We got some food and just talked about boundaries and expectations during this whole pregnancy! Thank you🥹 I am kind of emotional right now

Sooooo the girl in me and for sure the pregnant me wants to take what he said to heart and be sad.. then my mature me reminds myself that that poor man is probably just trying to catch up with it all and thinks he’s getting good at it and he just needs a little more time to be “excited” bec let’s be real that’s some big news lol. EXCITING NEWS - congratulations btw lol but still comes with emotions which men aren’t the best at expressing 😂

Men are notorious for saying stupid shit he honestly probably meant nothing wrong by it but Ik when I was pregnant both times it feels like that’s all we talk about and we’re constantly at drs appointments it’s just like for 9 months that’s all that goes on and you were just pregnant 6 months ago so it’s soon but if he changed his wording it’s because he didn’t want to hurt your feelings but you’re probably a little sensitive too rn so don’t worry I’m sure he’s excited but just as nervous as you so give him some slack too 💕 congrats and have a good time
