I was sent to the hosp last week for a growth scan after my midwife measured me and said my bump was to small,baby girls near enough on target for where she should be just of by 2 days from the EDD, the ladies at the hospital had no concerns n said it’s just midwife being safe x
My midwife measured my bump at 25w and she was at 55%, had a growth scan at 28+1 and she’s actually at 88% (tall genes that skipped me sadly😂) the growth scan will be more accurate! Same thing happened with my first
My midwife has chosen not to do measurements as they aren’t very accurate and for me just to do growth scans in the third trimester. I was 50% at my last scan, but babies do have growth spurts at different weeks so don’t over think it just yet, plus I know people who have been told they have big babies and they have come out at 6.5-7.5. X

If the first one was a bump measurement then this is very inaccurate! More likely to be the second measurement and even this will probably be inaccurate too x
I wouldn’t worry too much, it is SO inaccurate when they measure you, 5 midwives could all measure you differently and have different ways they do it. Also if you gain any fat/extra water/have just eaten or baby is in a different position etc it’ll be off. It’s so incredibly inaccurate! Growth scans can also be 15% off too
