Are you having any other signs of labor ?

Its your second? My second sliped right out as soon as I started getting a contraction so keep that in mind

@Noelle i’m nervous for that as well, because even my first delivery was verrry fast and easy. labor was soooo long though!

Also dr will barely be there honestly you wont even notice its a different dr . My dr was on vacation when i gave birth and it was another dr there i met briefly but regardless she just caught the baby and went on to another i was in so much main and shock i didn’t even care

Honestly the doctor will be there just to catch the baby. (If they get there in time.) When I was pregnant, they had a rule where you had to see all 4 doctors at their practice. I got my least favorite doctor. 2 days before I went into labor, he did a membrane sweep without consent and I was only 1.5cm dilated and it failed. He just happened to be the doctor on call that weekend. I was at 1.5cm dilated for 4 weeks. Most first time moms go to or past their due date. I had my daughter on her due date. I walked like 6 miles the day before. But I hadn't progressed at all. And then I went into labor and had my daughter right under 8 hours later. 🥰 Im a believer that baby will come whenever they are ready. There are definitely things you can try. I hear a lot of people have success with pumping & intercourse.

I was 5cm when I went to the hospital to be induced. I had no signs of labor coming on anytime soon lol. And that was a week before my due date, you might just be completely fine and stressing yourself out. And I had him fast. In less than 4hrs of labor and only a few minutes of pushing

After having sex I would always get contractions. Also make walking your best friend. Promise you’ll get there!
