@Annemarie you fill it in to get maternity pay from the government when you stop working / don’t work and they will pay you instead. In the UK

I had mine sent to me so I just filled it out and sent it back

Also have a look at the Sure Start Maternity Grant ☺️ it's a one off payment but a HUGE help!
