If you had your baby naturally its like giving birth... I have trouble dilating (its a family thing) so mine lasted longer then most. Was diagnosed Wednesday before witb missed miscarriage, by Friday my body knew and then Monday i started bleeding a little with little chunks... by Wednesday it was full blown the whole thing lasted 3 days of labor pains and lots of big clots (Wednesday especially), the third day I ended up in ER for the pain 😢 nothing was touching it and I had ran a fever the night before so it scared me. I was ok and just needed some help for my body to clear it out. Internally I was at 4 cm external was ONLY a 2 🤷♀️🤦♀️😒 they helped me get some out and i was good and bled for about 2 weeks later... that's the quick summary the long version I can share with you if you want. Probably through messages
It sounds as though your body has started the process which will help massively! I didn’t find the pills to cause me extreme pain at all and I passed the fetus 7 days after the pills x
From what I've seen people post it can change depending on how far along you are. I was 12w6d and baby was 10w5d, I started bleeding on my own and had no medical intervention. I had like 5 hours of labour like pain. And some pretty intense cramping before and after that, like a bad period. After I passed a large clot things weren't as bad.
