Miscarriage(?)

Two days ago I started bleeding very light and started having cramps. This was morning and by evening I felt better until 2am went to toilet because I was cramping very bad and passed blood clots. I have been bleeding since then and I went to hospital EPU said they couldn’t see anything in the uterus. So they took my bloods and results came back my hcg is 87 which means about 3 weeks pregnant but my last period was 4th April and I ovulated on the 22nd so I should be basically 7 weeks. I am due for bloods again tomorrow. I know I am miscarrying deep inside me but my husband keeps telling me to be positive and don’t think about it. That makes me feel even worse.
