Going Abroad

Personally on top of clothes, muslin squares, wipes, baby carrier, I would take my baby’s bag I have every ”medical” need. Nasal spray, calpol, nose frida, thermometer, teething gel, baby sunscreen, lotion. Also I would take toys to keep them busy, which ever toys are their favorite! For mine I would take crinkly toys and teething toys. Also depending how your baby is eating I would take the feeding dummy. If you bottle feed then all the stuff needed for that of course 🙏🏽 And passport!! 😂 make sure they have a sunhat

- a way for them to eat; formula, bottles, pump if you use one etc. - a way to sterilise anything and everything - a place for them to sleep, either hired via your hotel / apartment or taking it yourself - sheets - clothes! - muslins - swim nappies - toys / entertainment - monitor - charging wires - multiple dummies if you use them and dummy clips - passports somewhere easy to access - money, cash and card - your own stuff!!

We’re going to Spain tomorrow for our first holiday abroad. I wrote out a big list of stuff and was worrying about having everything until the other mums at baby class kindly reminded me that they have babies in Europe and we’d find anything we run out of/forgot 🙈 So I’ve focussed on making sure we have the essentials to make baby as comfy as possible (nappies, fav toys and books, sun lotion, hats etc).

We're also going to Spain tomorrow with our 7m old, so following as I'm sure I've forgotten something too

Just think through a typical day at home with what you need. Then adjust for holiday - suncream etc and think of activities you might do when away or. Swimming

I went to Spain onil when my daughter was 7months I didn’t need half the stuff I took and what I didn’t have was easy to find in a big store x
