There’s 4 types of “parks” here - nature park w walking trail, skate park where he scoots his scooter, splash park where it sprays water and normal playground park- pick one. Museum, (3 types here, one is Scienceworks w a toddler sensory room) zoos (we have a yearly pass for 3 zoos in the one membership) festivals, expos, or just window shopping or ikea (which have Smaland where I drop him off and pick him up 2hrs later)Libraries, walking around the city, beach. We never run out of things to do. And the city holds free events etc look for those as well. The pools here have massive water slides and small ones and an indoor splash playground. Kids cinema…we’re going to watch LILO and stitch tmr
Splash pad, zoo, museums
I bought supplies to turn our water table into a Dino excavation site with magnetic wands to find metal bingo chips under the sand. Gonna have Dino bone sets scattered that when put together make a full Dino model. I bought large toddler paint brushes so he can brush the sand off. My son also has no attn span so I try to stack multiple activities into one.
Paddling pool, chalk, bug hunting, painting rocks, sand play, water play
