One nap

Hi all! For those that are on one nap, what time do you tend to put your lo’s down for it? Or what does your typical day look like it, timing wise. My lo is transitioning from two to one but doesn’t sleep for very long. When he was on two naps he’d sleep for about 90 mins across the two naps. Since being on one na...

Am I being selfish??

For the last 7 months I haven’t slept any longer than 3 or 4 hours (since my son was born) my son doesn’t sleep and when he does for around an hour at a time even at night, since 4 months his bed time has been at 7pm (he put himself in that routine) then wakes up every hour on the hour then refuses to go back down a...

Baby uti??

My baby is 8 weeks old and he always pees loads usually. I’m talking as soon as we put a nappy on the line goes blue😂 He’s had a dry nappy for over an hour now and I’m worried because it’s so out of the ordinary for him. Everywhere online says not to be concerned until nappy has been dry for 6 hours ???

Front sleeping

Baby will be 8 months next week and is really rolly during the day, front to back and back to front. Tonight for the first time when falling asleep she has rolled onto her front. I'm so nervous, she's never done this before and she seems comfortable enough and obviously I know she can roll perfectly fine during ...

Baby HATES his cot.

Please tell me this is just a ‘phase’…. My 6month old baby boy has decided he now hates his cot. He used to go down fine for a good 3/4 hours, then have a feed & go back down. The last 3 nights it’s like he hates the cot! He’s waking up about 10 minutes after putting him down & is so restless he just keeps wakin...

Co-sleeping while away - help

We are a co-sleeping family and we are currently away from home and our usual set up. I thought we’d be able to push the bed against the wall and I counted on us having a firm mattress. The bed we are is immovable and this is probably the softest mattress I’ve ever felt in my life (so I know I won’t get a wink of...

First time leaving baby overnight!

Hi girlsssss! I’d just like to know how old your little one was when they had their first sleepover with someone else! Either with your partner, parent or family member? I have no idea what’s appropriate and how baby will be? I’d love it if you shared your experience please😬

Pampers - nappy change?

I was wondering whether you mama’s are changing nappies during the night feeds or have you stopped? One of my friends said that she had stopped and didn’t change unless he did a poo. I feel like it becomes very heavy and full quickly and worry it’ll leak but at the same time I don’t want to wake him fully during nig...

EBF what does your day look like?

I EBF my 4 month old but have slow weight gain, and have been told to try and get another feed in (even though she’s pretty happy 🤷🏻‍♀️). At the moment we have 7 feeds a day, 5 ‘eat play sleep’ during the day every 3-ish hrs, a dream feed at 10pm ish and one (occasionally two, but rarely) over night that she wakes…

How long does it take to get your LO to sleep at night time?

For naps my little boy takes at most 20 minutes but for about 3 weeks now it’s been taking him 45 mins-1.5hrs to get to sleep at night time. We have even pushed his bedtime back 30 mins as he just wasn’t sleepy previously but hasn’t made a difference really.

Is this normal?

My LO seems really off the past few days. He doesn't want to lay down and play at all, he just wants to be held and walked around the house all day otherwise he screams. He's also sleeping A LOT, by the time he wakes up hes crying and wanting to go back to nap again. He's gone from having 3.5hr nap days to 5hr nap ...

MIL says baby is spoiled?

My baby is really having trouble with sleeping recently. We switched from the Snoo to a regular bassinet and we are working on weaning him off of the swaddle because he’s rolling. Plus sleep regression. There’s a lot going on. So in my mind, sleep troubles are to be expected rn. But MIL and SIL have mentioned that t...

Randomly not napping in crib

My son had been napping perfectly since 6 months (he is almost 13 months). Normally we change his diaper, get him a bottle and lay him down in his nursery with the blinds closed and his sound machine. Today the second he saw we were going into his room he screamed and threw his head back. He refused his bottle. I tr...

Putting down to naps with toddler

What is everyone doing with their toddler when they put baby down for a nap? I feel like I’m either constantly shushing my toddler or leaving them in the other room while I put baby to sleep. Sometimes it takes me 15 minutes sometimes 30-45 depending on if I’m feeding too. It’s just too long to stay away from my 3 y...
