I usually breastfeed but my baby seems like he's not getting enough so I tried to pump to see if I could get anything out and I only got an oz. I don't usually pump so I'm not sure what's a normal amount. That seems pretty low for a 10 month old.

The only way I can get any milk is if I pump this way. Using a handheld pump. I have to use my other hand to use the hand pump part. This has taken me 10 minutes on this one side. I am taking supplements to increase supply.
