I'm due to go on Maternity Leave in May, but I'm only entitled to MA not SMP. I currently get my wage topped up by UC and was wondering whether it was worth applying for MA or just getting UC instead? As I'm aware maternity allowance is taken into consideration with UC, so don't know if its worth it in the long run.

My ex is alleging it's a fixed part of his contract, though I've worked in companies where this is always optional. Or is it an excuse not to increase child support?
Hey ya’ll! I’m currently on temporary leave with my current employer due to not enough work. But it’s starting to feel more permanent than temporary as it’s been a few months now. Does anyone know of any remote positions available?! Thank you! 🙏🏼
