It’s so conflicting. Anyone else feel this way? My kids are still young (2 and 5 months) and I’ve heard that if one w...

Not returning to work in the NHS

Due to family reasons, I am no longer able to return to my job when my maternity leave ends. My contract states that I have to return for 3 months after maternity leave or else I have to repay maternity pay. Has anyone any experience of not returning to the NHS after maternity leave and not repaying maternity pay?
