Nursery funded hours

Why have they told me we can’t have the 15 hours until next term which is in April even though I’ve paid the deposit and I’ve got the code already? I go back to work next week and LO is over 9 months so he should be eligible right? Are they allowed to do this?

Maternity pay

Happy Saturday everyone. I just wanted to ask a few questions 1. What maternity packages do people get offered from their employers? 2. How much do people typically look to save for their maternity leave? 3. How long do most people plan to take off work? Thanks so much!

Someone at work getting paid more for maternity than me

When I was on maternity leave the first month where it’s 90% I got just over a grand but someone I work with (we do the exact same job) is getting £1500 for the first month. That’s so unfair how we literally do the same job, she doesn’t have any other roles just the same as me yet get more in her first month
