Did anyone through their state do nutrition and cash assistance too along side Wic?? Did you feel it helped a lot? How much was the cash assistance? How much food allowance did you get?

Yeah it’s like that in my state too, I was going to wait until after divorce/child support sets in to think abt the cash assistance
@ky i would advise you to either ask for temporary child support until the divorce is final or to file for cash now. If you receive both at the same time, child support he pays would go to the state to offset the cost of the cash 😊

This isn't what you asked but I just wanted to say this. I'm in Ohio, but if you apply for cash assistance, you have to also cooperate with child support.
