FET worries

So I have my 3rd FET on Monday, and I’m worried more so bc I work Tuesday and Wednesday and due to meetings and other things I cannot take those days off… long story short with all my other transfers I always rested a few days after but this time I can’t and I’m worried it would effect my results. My current fertility clinic does not advise of resting days after transfer, but my first fertility clinic did….. i am so lost 😞

My transfer is Wednesday. I’m going back to work straight after. Office job and will be at home. But I’m not taking any time off. I did the same after my last transfer, I went back to work after the transfer and carried on as normal. She is now 16 months. As long as you’re not heavy lifting you’ll be fine. It’s very well protected in there and there is no need to have bed rest. Good to keep the blood flowing

I worked the day after my 1st transfer. I’m a SAHM now, so I never gets days off. The day of my transfer this time I hardly even got to rest. Straight into mom duties with my toddler. But that embryo is now 1 week old. Dont stress it mama. Do what you can. Lots of baby dust to you!

Just pull a sicky??

Exactly the same as above. I went straight to work after my first FET and have an 18m old a a result of that transfer. Had my second transfer on Friday and was straight into mum duties! Good luck!

Thanks ladies. My job isn’t an office job but I will try not to do too much or take it easy i guess..

@Natalie I cant it is a short week as it is and itll look suspicious

@MK as everyone else has said, you don’t need to rest! Just make sure you’re doing what’s best for you on the day. Be kind to yourself :)

My doctor said nothing strenuous, but you don’t need full bed rest.

@MK some work places have IVF policies rather than going sick… have a review of them.

I caught an awful sick bug a day after transfer and missed medication due to not being able to keep anything down for 24 hrs ….tested at 7dpt and it stuck ! They are tough little embryos ! But if you worried just take the day off “sick” best of Luck 🤞🏻 x
