I feel like I constantly hungry too
I'm also eating two chocolate bars a day, usually a kitkat and a snickers. So I feel you. Although I don't have any diabetes concerns so I'm not worried about it. One tip I do have is when I'm craving chocolate and nothing I eat will scratch that itch, mixed nuts with raisins does the trick. Not sure why, but try it!
