CEX help!
Does anyone here work for CEX? I ordered a new phone online and somehow the delivery/billing address is missing the first line 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so I checked the tracking information today and it says returned to sender. I’ve filled out the enquiry form online but how likely is it that they’ll update the address and resend? Everything I’ve seen online says shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched but I don’t technically want to change it, just correct it!
Feeling very stressed that I may have just lost nearly £500 😩😩

@YazmynJade do you not think I’ll be able to just update the address to have it sent again? Refunding could take forever 😥
Not if it's been returned to sender it'll be a cancelled order
@YazmynJade hopefully panic over, I emailed the customer service and they’ve said they can see it’s been returned to them as the sender and I have updated my address for a redelivery 🤞🏼
