@Louise yeah I’ve had the booking appointment and then I also have my 16 week appointment booked in with the community midwife a few weeks after the 12 week scan where she said she’ll take bloods and urine again x
Yeah they are the appointments I have booked also. If it is an extra one to these I would definitely ask what it is for 😊
I had to have a booking appointment with the community midwife and then one at the hospital too, but I have opted to give birth at a hospital that's technically out of area. I'd just ring and ask what it's for, it may just be to go through test results ect
@Jess It's usually your birthday in DDMMYY format - that's what mine was.
@Jess your midwife should set this up with you. I was asked what I wanted my code to be x
@Jess my midwife gave me a code when she called and confirmed my booking appointment x
Assume you have had your first midwife booking appointment (the one where they ask you loads of questions and take your blood and a urine sample - takes about 1.5 hours) in order to have the scan booked in? If so the next one would be another urine sample and I think just seeing how things are going (they might refer to your scan results).
