Parental Yoga / Pilates / Massage
Hi looking for recommendations on where to go for Prenatal Yoga, Pilates or Massage. I tried searching prenatal yoga around South OC but I couldn’t find any that offered prenatal sessions. Also would love to meet other expectant moms to go to sessions with 💕 FTM and moving to Mission Viejo

Hi Rebecca, I know it's not the same as going to the studio, but there's a very good yoga app called DownDog that has a prenatal version. I like their classes because you can customize duration, poses, areas you'd like to work on, instructor voice, etc.
