What does this mean???

Just sat looking at my previous midwife appointment document, and at the bottom it says remains high risk?? I wasn’t made aware of this nor has anything else been done/suggested? Is this just me reading it wrong or am I being classed as high risk for reasons I’m unaware of? Can someone who’s a midwife decipher this for me 😅

ANC stands for Antenatal Care. Do you have an appointment booked in the Antenatal clinic? Odd you haven’t been told? I’m high risk automatically because of my last pregnancy so consultant led and have a ANC appointment booked before i’m 25 weeks, but they told me! I’d give the community midwife team a ring.

@Victoria so yeah I have an appointment but I didn’t know what it was for, I thought everyone had this appointment!! I wasn’t told. But I rang the triage and they said it’s just because my BMI is low. I wasn’t told what this appointment is for or why I was having it until I rang, so I’m glad I asked and didn’t just turn up not knowing what it was 😅

@Charlotte not ideal having to guess!!! Glad it’s a-bit clearer now! it can be so stressful not knowing what’s going on.
