Parking in parents spaces

Never gave it a second thought before I had a baby but is anyone else noticing just how many people park in parent spaces without a child? I just wouldn’t dream of doing that if I didn’t have my child in the car.

Sooooo many people do it! What really annoys me is when people have car seats in the car, but they don't have the child with them. Surely, they're the people who understand best how much they're needed! I once saw a lady park in a parent bay to go and buy a bottle of vodka. It makes me so cross x

Drives me insane!

I went to Sainsbury’s the other day, indicating to go in the parents space but so was the car opposite and they raced me to it, so I parked in a normal spot. Before I could even get out she ran in (without any children) I was fuming!!

I always pull them up on it and tell them they’ve forgotten their baby or you do know that’s a parent and child space you’ve parked in

Oh it’s definitely become one of my pet peeves. When I go to my local supermarket,on average, about 75% of the cars parked there have no child seat in. I think there should be a sort of badge system similar to disabled bays. You apply once your baby is born and it’s valid for say 5 years.Anyone who doesn’t display the badge gets fined 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Lauren-Louise ha a woman did this to me today because my husband had carried my baby in already and she didn’t see 😅

I find myself going to Waitrose & Aldi more often over Asda or Morrisons as I know there are going to be spaces in parent & child. So many inconsiderate a***holes and mainly middle aged men!

@Emma yes!!! So many middle aged men

It's bugs the hell out of me and I just can't help but say something everytime 🙈 they get soo cheeky
