Badger notes app

Hi ladies 🩷 I don’t know if anyone could help me But I was given the badger notes app which I was using for the first few months Then one day it decided to log me out and I couldn’t log back in even tried to do forget password and use the pin that was given by midwife But nothing is working No idea why Could anyone help me out with who to contact - already spoken to community midwife she just gave me a email address which isn’t working and the pin 🤯
