@Elizabeth Nope formula fed from the beginning. I also started running again so I am thinking the pressure on my pelvic floor isn’t helping.
could definitely still be lochia! you could still call your obgyn to check, but if it’s not heavy I wouldn’t be too concerned. running is tough on your pelvic floor this early pp. it very well could just be your body’s way of telling you to slow down 🫶🏼
are you breastfeeding? this could still be lochia. mine has stopped for a week or so then would start up for another week a few times.
