Hi, this isn't medical advice, but this might be worth a try: drinking something with electrolytes. I've been drinking a bit of coconut water because i am pretty sure isotonic drinks like lucozade arent the best for us right now. Maybe staying away from diuretics would help too - coffee, tea, fizzy drinks because they may be making you feel thirstier.
Electrolytes
@Haru interestingly I’ve been drinking more fizzy as I thought this was helping slightly….will Try stopping those! Thank you x
I’m 100% feeling the same. 36 weeks.
Im the same! I am sure my midwife did mention that its very normal though at this stage - even causes some mums to be to start snoring. I wake up so thirsty in the night! Xx
Omg I thought I was the only one!! My lips and body has become so dry as well. Going to invest in a 2L bottle now 🤣
My thirst has gone up noticeably, I’m the same 35 weeks. I wouldn’t say the thirst is always constant, but I do have to drink all through the night as well as day which doesn’t help with the constant trips to toilet haha
