Hi lovely, they dont have individual numbers anymore (There is a number for this in your file) which I tried to ring a few times with no response, there is a community one now which takes you to a switchboard & then you get directed to a midwife which unfortunately wont be yours but one based at the hospital.. the community one should also be in your file x
Never spoke to the me one twice… 🤷🏻♀️
My midwife is very flaky and never answers either! I’m 39 weeks and she literally couldn’t give one if I text her with a problem😂
Me too, never get any replies from texts or calling her x
I ended up asking if I could go to aintree to see a midwife because mine was on long term sick so I’d see a new random stranger every time I went and have to explain family history every time🥲🤣x
I had the same issue, first midwife kept flaking on appointments and I had my first few with a different midwife each time. Could never get hold of my midwife, in the end I spoke to the team leader and asked for a new one - at 30 weeks - i was ready to transfer to Whiston but luckily my new midwife has been spot on so I’ve stayed under the Women’s, now 38w5) There must just be a few shit ones out there by the sounds of it!
Yer my first midwife was never at my appointments. It’s always be different people, my one now is good thank god and I’m glad yours is for u now too! Don’t get why some r like that as makes u worry more if u don’t get anything back from them. Xxx
