Labour or braxton hicks?
Help! I don’t know whether to phone hospital or not. I’m 40 weeks tomorrow, had intense back pain and what feels like period cramps throughout the day, feels like contractions but my waters haven’t broken and haven’t lost my show.
Is it worth phoning them or wait it out?

Yeah it’s so random! Some of my friends panicked and just went to hospital straight away, but found things then stalled. I stayed home as long as possible to build up the oxytocin, just being cosy in my own home 🩷
I’m having the same and also 40 weeks tomorrow, I did have this on Sunday and again yesterday but they turned into nothing😢 hopefully this is it for us🤞🏼

They told me to call when I had 3 contractions in 10 mins for an hour with my son, but have told me call when I have 2 in 10 mins this time as second labours tend to be speedier!!
