I haven’t had this personally, but have heard you can reverse it/prevent it. Diet and working out like you said are helpful. Sometimes people also take metformin to help
My auntie was pre diabetic and she reversed it so it’s definitely doable
My mum was pre diabetic and now she isn’t, not sure what she done to prevent it but it does happen x
I’ve heard amazing things about a Keto diet helping with this!
I was able to reverse it but it took a lot of reflection. My husband and I tried to figure out where the excess was since I hardly ate soda, sweets or fried foods 😅. It wasn't until a week after diagnosis it was my husband buying/making my coffee everyday multiple times a day. He was making my vanilla lattes 😂. Once we cut back to once a week I was able to reverse it alongside upping my physical activity.
I reversed it going on a super strict diet. Mine was only slightly over the threshold, but managed to get it to completely normal within 3 months
Going raw helps a lot as in veggies and fruits. It's hard to do but you can do it. Join Facebook groups and you won't regret it.
*suppose to say “i have diabetes” on the second option*
