@Kia yesss! I regretted not getting the cheese to make quesabirria tacos but I have plenty of extra

Looks delicious! Would you mind sharing how you make your rice? It looks so good and I'm so horrible at making rice. No matter what I do it ends up kind of wet and sticky

@Rachel I usually make a cup and a half of rice. I’ll dice onion and when I have it tomato. Then I’ll add oil to the pan add the onions sauté, add the tomato, then add the rice and more oil if necessary brown the rice and add tomato sauce about half an 8oz can. Then once the rice is browned and I mixed the sauce I’ll add the water slowly 3 cups. A tomato bouillon cube mix and let simmer with lid for about 20 mins
