Any mommas still working out/ lifting? I’m finding it more and more tiring and then it seems my energy is zapped the rest of the day

Im debating on canceling my gym membership for now because I don’t think I’ll get the full use out of it with a newborn anyways, but it makes me so sad, working out really helps my mental health, is there a YouTube channel anyone can recommend to do yoga and maybe more light stuff from home?

My first trimester I was doing CrossFit and Olympic lifting until emergency surgery forced me to stop! I just canceled my membership and am doing peloton prenatal workouts (strength and yoga) in addition to longer walks and bike rides. Good luck!!

You are amazing! I still work out and lift and did OFT last week but definitely feel like my energy is going down, I think it's still nice to get a bit more exercise, I'll just reduce my weights a bit

Barre definition is great! She has a pregnancy program by trimester + a postpartum program! Yoga, barre and strength training videos you can do from home! Love it!
