Developed Gluten sensitivity?

Anybody else developed a sensitivity to gluten in adulthood? If so, did I happen to be it shortly after pregnancy, or shortly after stopping breastfeeding by any chance?…or tell me when

I have a celiacs but it developed when I was a kid.. just took me 10 years to figure it out. I do know that the hormones from all of it can wreak some havoc if you are predisposed to it though, so it wouldn’t surprise me if you had it and it got “unlocked” through the experience, if that makes any sense.

No developed it around aged 18

My husband did with dairy and soy. He’s in the process of gut healing to see if it goes away. I had a sensitivity for a few years as a teen then on into adulthood I didn’t have an issue

I was barely lactose intolerant before pregnancy, but then after I gave birth, it got worse...

I developed a weird rash after having my first. Went to the doctor who had no advice. It went away on it's own but then showed up again last year and came monthly. Elbows/buttocks. Went to a derm who suggested it could be a sign of gluten intolerance but couldn't confirm without a biopsy so suggested I cut our gluten and see what happens. Tried that, it helped, but then began having gluten in my diet and the rash hasn't come back. So who KNOWS. But if it ends up being gluten sensitivity, then yes, it developed in adulthood and post pregnancy.
