Vitamin drops

Hi Mums, Which vitamins are you giving your little ones? My LG is almost 6.5 months old, and I’m only giving vitamin D, but I’ve heard that in some other countries they also use iron drops from 6 months even the baby isn’t preemie.

Our healthcare visitor gave us some multivitamin drops that have A, C and D in for use from 6 months.

I come from Italy and when I saw my daughter's pediatrician (Italian) he advised me to give her iron.
