You can use at any time. You can ask for an Epac referral if need be. That’s what my midwife told me at 8 weeks (I’m 10 now)
I’m unsure. I actually rang them a couple of times, once at 8 weeks and again at 16 weeks. Can you contact the Medway midwives team? So I’m under the castle team?
I called my midwife last week at 8 weeks and I haven’t had my booking appointment yet so haven’t even met her. My email said to contact them if I have any problems. I doubt they’d turn you away x
I'd give them a call anyway, if they're not able to help you, they should point you in the right direction
I called the midwife when I was 4 weeks pregnant. They don't have a specific to when you can use it as long as you are pregnant or below 10 days post partum x
Can use it anytime, I called at 9 weeks and again at 19 weeks x
