Calcium & Vitamin D rich foods?

My daughter refuses pasta sauce, cheese, yogurt, and milk… and I’ve tried to enhance dairy products in so many ways. How do you dress up dairy products for your little one? What are meals you can recommend that have calcium but are not dairy forward? She will be 2 years old in a week and my last day breastfeeding will be her birthday. This transition is tricky for us.

Will she eat porridge? You can get fortified cereals or porridge oats that have lots of calcium. Nuts, green veg, beans, some fruits, edamame. We sprinkle chia seeds on everything...

@Robyn Unfortunately she won’t eat porridge. She doesn’t like when food is wet or runny. Chia seeds are a great idea though

I have a hard time having her to eat what I make. My daughter also to. But one thing never seems to fail is overnight oats with yogurt. You can control the consistency. Add in chia seed etc. I make my own berry jam with chia seeds. My daughter love it.
