Aggression
My daughter has just turned one, and it’s like she wakes up and chooses violence at every opportunity. She can be the most loving little girl but every day without fail she will bite me, pinch me and changing her nappy is now a challenge every time she screams throws things and kicks me in the chest. Is this a phase? Is anyone else experiencing this in a baby so young, everything I have read says tantrums can start as young as 18 months but she’s only just one and only 10 months corrected

Glad to know it’s not just me, the pinching is driving me mad it’s so painful
It’s such a hard time to navigate. All we can do is be consistent with redirecting their hands and using distractions but it’s definitely testing! X
Mines about to me 11 months next week and has been on a roll too. A sweet little boy but nappy changes has now become a full war zone
My daughter is 11 months and is the exact same, it’s a developmental thing. She hits, pulls hair and kicks/screams when getting changed x

I’m also getting kicked at every nappy change (& when dressing him!) Definitely an age related thing - hopefully a phase that won’t last too long! X
