My little one has started throwing his head back quite often. It seems to only be when he’s frustrated or tired but I wondered if anyone else is experiencing this?

So my 1 year old is just obsessed with his dad. He always wants him to pick him up and cries the house down when he has to leave for work or goes into a different room without him. Is this normal?
