I have the same problem with my girlie she's beautiful but such a chonk and only getting bigger 😭. I spoke about this with the GP and they said wait until 12 weeks postpartum has passed due to hormonal changes and body changes. Same as the above comment by Hannah, your body is still adjusting and there's still a lot going on. If it continues past the 12 weeks it might be worth seeing if you can have a blood test completed (check you're not deficient in vitamins). Then maybe chat about physio.
I'm struggling with my right leg from my hip to my knee for some reason 🙃 our baby isn't particularly big either! I've started exercise classes so I'm hoping that frees it up a bit
This is all so helpful, thank you! My LO is having sessions with an osteopath as he had a traumatic entrance to the world (forceps & shoulder dystocia) so I’ll mention me to her at our next session! ❤️
Might be worth seeing an osteopath/chiropractor to address the pain and if it helps see them regularly. Your body is adjusting post birth to a new posture without your bump but now also carrying baby around. I know it's easier said than done but if you can stand up/pick things up without carrying baby to give yourself a bit of a break. Not sure what else to suggest but a musculoskeletal professional might have suggestions too!
