Only thing that helped mine was regular cardio exercise, which was hard to start and get into a routine, but once it started helping that gave me the motivation I needed to continue. I don’t know how badly you are affected, but if it’s very severe then have you considered that it might be PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder)? If so then go back to your GP and tell them this, they have a duty of care towards you and I think they’ve been neglectful so far in not taking your concerns seriously. Hope you’re ok!
@Rose thank you. I have a Peloton that I use daily which is great. I do feel like it may be PMDD so I will be going back.
Have heard the Cleanmarine vitamin's are good❤️
